  • Spice Grinder / Mortar & Pestle
  • Spice Shaker
  • Funnel
  • Measuring Spoons

Spices:

  • Dried Basil – 4 tsp
  • Dried Rosemary – 2tsp
  • Dried Oregano – 2 tsp
  • Garlic Powder – 2 tsp
  • Dried Fennel – 1 tsp

Instructions:

Measure out Spices, setting Garlic Powder aside.

Combine Large spices like Fennel and Rosemary, grind briefly to break down.

Add remainder of Spices, grinding briefly to mix but not “dust.” Let ground Spices settle for a minute or two if using an electric grinder. Add to Spice shaker, add Garlic Powder and shake to mix.

Great for roasted vegetables, meat, pasta, pizza and more. A versatile savory depth of flavor!
