Ingredients:

  • Ground Pork – 1lb
  • Garlic (minced) – 3 cloves
  • Apple Cider Vinegar – 2 tbsp
  • Cooking Oil – 1 tbsp
  • Corn Tortillas
  • Serve with Cilantro, Sour Cream, & Limes

Spices:

  • Ancho Chili Powder – 2 tbsp
  • Paprika – 2 tbsp
  • Cumin – 2 tsp
  • Oregano – 1 tsp
  • Coriander – 1 tsp
  • Salt – 1/2 tsp
  • Cinnamon – 1/8 tsp
  • Ground Clove – 1/8 tsp

Instructions:

Add Pork to a large bowl, mix in Garlic, Spices, and Apple Cider Vinegar with gloved hands.

Heat Oil in a large cast iron skillet over medium-high heat, add Chorizo mixture and break up with a spoon. Cook for 10-12 minutes, stirring occasionally until Chorizo begins to char.

Add tortilla to a small pan and cook for 30 seconds on each side over medium heat or heat in microwave with a flick of water on each side.

Serve as desired with Cilantro, Sour Cream, and squeezed Lime
